What AEO Status Means
Authorized Economic Operator programs are administered by customs authorities. Benefits and mutual-recognition arrangements depend on the certified legal entity, current customs status, shipment route and destination market. A supplier website should not be treated as proof of AEO status.
Request the certificate or customs verification record showing the legal entity, identification number, issuing authority, status and validity before relying on an AEO claim.
Documents Buyers Should Match
Business licence, export entity and invoicing entity should be clearly connected.
Confirm the audited site, audit owner, issue date, validity and permitted sharing conditions.
Check the certified supplier, material, transaction or chain-of-custody scope.
Match the tested construction, color, material, method and destination-market requirement.
Shipment-Control Checklist
- Confirm the exporter, Incoterm and destination-country importer responsibilities.
- Agree carton marks, packing lists, labels and customs-description details before shipment.
- Define inspection rights and the evidence required before release.
- Use the final commercial invoice, packing list and transport documents as the shipment record.
Requesting Verification from HENRY GOOD
Tell us which audit, material certificate, test report or customs document your buying process requires. We will confirm whether a relevant current document is available and which entity, factory, material or product scope it covers.
This page is a buyer-verification guide and is not itself a certificate or customs-status declaration.
