Inquiry forms may collect your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, product requirements, quantities, messages and files that you choose to upload. Website hosting and analytics services may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, page URL and event time.
How We Use Information
- Review and answer product inquiries.
- Prepare quotations, samples and order specifications.
- Prevent spam, diagnose delivery problems and maintain website security.
- Understand which pages and inquiry routes are useful to visitors.
Analytics and Session Information
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand page visits, navigation, clicks, device performance and inquiry routes. Clarity is configured in no-consent mode, so it does not set first-party or third-party Clarity cookies; some heatmap and session information may be limited. Inquiry form fields are masked from Clarity recording, and we do not use Clarity to identify individual visitors.
Service Providers and International Processing
Inquiry forms are processed by a Vercel Serverless Function and delivered through our Alibaba Mail business mailbox. The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel analytics, speed-insight scripts and Microsoft Clarity. If you choose WhatsApp, your communication is processed under WhatsApp's own terms. These providers may process data in countries outside your location.
Files, Retention and Security
Do not upload passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers or other highly sensitive personal data. We retain inquiry information only as needed for quotation, order follow-up, legal obligations and reasonable business records. No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
