How We Handle Claims and Documents
Factory audits, material certificates and product test reports do not automatically apply to every order. We match documents to the relevant legal entity, factory, material, product scope and validity period before they are referenced in a quotation.
Buyers should request copies of any required certificate or test report before placing an order. Final market compliance remains subject to the product specification and destination-country requirements.
Buyer Verification Checklist
