Microfiber Towel Production Line

In the global B2B textile market, quality should be translated into measurable specifications, tolerances and inspection points. The approved sample is a reference, while agreed production and sampling checks are used to manage normal batch variation.

1. Technical Yarn Preparation

We source premium Polyester and Polyamide chips. Our split-fiber technology ensures the cross-section has the microscopic "hooks" needed for maximum absorbency.

I-QC: Fiber Splitting Audit

2. High-Speed Industrial Weaving

Using circular or warp-knitting machines, the fibers are woven into a base fabric with precision GSM (weight) control.

Tolerance: +/- 2% GSM

3. Dyeing & Finishing

Color and finish are developed against the approved sample. Any chemical or material claim should be supported by documents relevant to the final construction.

Colorfastness: Grade 4-5

4. Precision Cutting & Overlocking

Fabric is laser-cut to prevent fraying. Reinforced overlock stitching is applied to the edges to ensure long-term industrial wash durability.

In-line QC: Stitching Density

5. Photographic Sublimation Printing

Designs are transferred into compatible polyester fibers at controlled temperature. Color, placement and durability tolerances should be approved before bulk production.

Fidelity: Approved Artwork Standard

6. Final Quality Inspection

Each towel is hand-checked for loose threads, print artifacts, and absorbency before being vacuum-packed for export.

Standard: AQL 2.5 Audit
